playoff flyerOn Saturday August 10, The Rome Gladiators will be hosting the WBA Playoffs & Championship Game! Event will be held at Shorter University.

The first game between the Upstate Heat and Georgia Magic will start at 1pm.  The second game will start at 3pm between The Rome Gladiators and Conyers Court Kings.  The Championship Game is scheduled for 6pm.

 

Admission is $10 at the door and $8 in advance.  Kids 7 & under are free.

2013 Tryout Camp

The New Rome Gladiators, a WBA Exposure League, is holding its 2013 tryout Camp on May 26, 2013 2pm – 5pm.  The tryouts will be held at Coosa High School 4454 Alabama Hwy Nw, Rome, GA.  Come out to have a chance to play with The New Rome Gladiators.  There are great reasons to play on a WBA team…  Over 350 WBA Players have gone on to play professionally overseas, in the D-League, and the NBA!​  The mission of the WBA Exposure League is to teach, develop, and expose basketball players to NBA, D-League, and International Scouts, while providing each community with an exciting brand of basketball and entertainment. The purpose of the WBA is to serve as a training ground to develop players and coaches on and off the court. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, community involvement, and most importantly exposure.​
